Cloud ERP User Guide
Building a seamless HR system requires more than just great software, it needs clear guidance and smooth implementation. Tasked with developing the Cloud ERP User Guide for the HC Module from scratch, I crafted a comprehensive, user-friendly manual that empowered HR teams to navigate the system with confidence.
Beyond documentation, I conducted in-depth testing, identified areas for improvement, and collaborated on additional features and workflows to enhance functionality. Leading the implementation process, I ensured a smooth transition, equipping HR professionals with the tools they needed to manage operations efficiently and effectively.

Managing HR remotely while ensuring efficiency and compliance is no small task but that’s exactly what I delivered in this HR outsourcing project. From talent acquisition to strategic workforce planning, I streamlined HR operations, optimized budgeting, and provided expert consultancy to align business goals with people strategies.
Leveraging Trello, and proofhub for seamless remote team management, ensured smooth collaboration and task tracking. Additionally, I handled agreements and contract management with precision, ensuring compliance and clarity. These projects were a full-scale HR transformation, equipping the business with the right talent, processes, and strategies for long-term success.
